nobody can see the pain in my eyes
nobody sees my frown behind my smile
nobody hears the sadness in my words
or the croaking in my laugh
my hurt is hidden deep inside
like our hearts we can't see
but we feel it beating, breathing
keeping us alive
pumping blood around to give us life.
when noones looking I let my tears fall.
silent tears flowing down my face
like a river flowing
down towards the ocean
releasing the hurt
letting go of the pain
praying that ill soon feel ok again.

haven't had any inspiration for poetry lately, but browsing on facebook earlier I got the words for this status x
no matter what life throws at you
hold on. be strong.
if you feel alone just remember that someone does love you and understands
reach out and somebody who cares will reach out and hold your hand.

there's a little place in my heart where I'll keep your smile
but I've got to let go

can't force what is not meant to be
can't make someone see what you yourself can see
the days have now turned into weeks
yet still I weep
yet still I pray
that you are happy and healthy
that you are okay.
I'll be full of love for you always
it doesn't matter that I couldn't make you stay
my love still grows more and more each day.
