written to a dear loved friend who was struggling....



Insecurities can eat you up inside.
I know cus I have them too
I'll not let them win. I've made up my mind.

And i really want the same for you.

Start with a quality you know you had before it all went bad.

Claim back yourself and feel strong inside.

Ask the angels to help you. They don't want you sad.

And trust me believe me they are real, I'm not mad.

Close your eyes and ask them to come near

Ask for their love. Their support. And they will make things clear.

Start with seeing yourself through others eyes.

My eyes. Even if what you see doesn't feel real

Pretend that it is and believe and you will begin to heal.

I believe a good saying I was taught one day.

That we are all just energy and in a simple way.

What we feel and we think is what around us we feel more

So the more positive we think is the more positivity we lure.

I think your beautiful man, I really do.

You really are special and believe me it's true

I'm sending you healing and comfort too.

love what's within

peel back the flaws and find her heart
the rest doesn't matter, it's not the important part

if you can find her heart and win it over
the rest will follow

beauty really lies deep inside
its in her soul
its in her eyes

its in the way she smooths her hair
its in her smile, its everywhere

there's many ways to say i love you
not just in words
your body and actions can say it too.

I wrote this to my dad who rescued me from abuse, hes my hero, my angel here on earth xx



I was lost and alone in a world so cruel.

With a mother so evil and her boyfriend a fool.

I was young and nieve. I knew not what to do.

I tried to commit suicide but then I found you.

My parent. My father my dad. My guide.

My hero my courage my strength.

You showed me how a parent should be.

Loved me in a way that was naturally.

All I had known was hurt and abuse.

But then I was blessed because I found you.

You helped me heal from years of torment.

Told me how much to you
I'd always meant.

Guiding and protecting me all the years through.

And i always felt safe because I found you.

From daughter to father I need you to know.

Thank you for rescuing me and letting me grow.

Into the strong woman I am to day

That's something I really wanted you to know.

God knows where I'd be if I never left that day.

I dread to think what if things had happened that way.

But I guess it's ok. That's not what I need to do.

It didn't turn out that way.

Because I found you.

no one would see if i slipped away
no one to stop me
or ask me to stay

loneliness is a killer it hurts so deep
deep inside of me
my heart sighs and it weeps

the emptiness i feel is so big so wide
i feel so alone
so much hurt inside

so back to what i first of all said,
no one would notice if i slipped away
walked out into the night and so far away

alone with my thoughts
my thoughts and me
analysing and assessing
of how things could be

walking away to somewhere new
a new story to write
a new chapter to get through

my message to you is to always be kind
reach out to your friends
even some you've left behind

a hug, a smile ,a call could make someones day
cheer someone up
even make them stay.

Nature is beautiful in each and every way.
It brings us beauty and life in all we see everyday.

The flowers are so pretty and the trees oh so tall
But the best of all. Is life. The baby animals.

Forest life so natural so magical

Where dreams come true and fairies lurk

Or is that just radical?

To save our forests is to save ourselves.

We need the trees forever for oxygen for our health.

We must love the trees and the bees just as much as we love we.

We as in ourselves - you and me.

I wrote this for my autistic daughter who ran away almost 2 months ago, AND wont speak to me. she felt like I was trying to control her. I was just trying to keep her safe.
after being in my girls life every single day for the past 18 years, my heart is broken.
I miss her like crazy





my tiny baby girl born weighing 6 pounds one.

18 years ago I became a mum
I loved you from that very first day
and you were perfect in every single way.

I held your hand through all these years.
made sure you were safe and wiped away all tears.

a protective love only a parent knows
a love my own mother never showed.
you struggled a lot through out your life.
your autism keeping your feelings locked inside.

so I didn't realise that you were feeling grown
maturing in ways to me unknown.

I wouldn't have treated you like a little girl
if only you'd spoke to me and let me into your world

I wasn't trying to control you
just wanted you safe and ok.
wanted you to be able to look after yourself after I've passed away

a parents job never ends you see
it's a forever circle of love and worry.
we all make mistakes even me as a mum
I'm praying that you will forgive me for making this one.

my beautiful aliyah no longer a girl
no longer a child but a adult finding her place in this world.

I hope you are safe and happy too
never forget that I'll always love you.
id do anything to hear your voice and see your smile
although you've been gone only a little while

it feels like a lifetime since I seen your face
I miss your laughter and joking around this place.

be safe, be strong and always know

that you never ever have to walk alone.
and the door is always open if you want to come home xx

don't look back in the past or you may not see the beautiful new opportunities that rush past you as you are too busy looking behind you

don't think too strongly of what could go wrong or you may be blinded to all the things that are right. even the smallest right in what seems so many wrongs could grow to be everything that's right in your life if you just give it a chance.

be positive and open your eyes.
yes the rain is cold and makes you wet but it also feeds us, our animals and our planet.
yes the world at night may seem scary but look up at the moon and see how the stars shine.
if you are always looking down at your feet when you walk you won't see and experience the positivity of the nature and world around you.

we are all but energy.
love is energy
to make the best of this life we have been given we need to try always to be positive

the energy we give out is important.

positive attracts positive.

remember this on your darkest days x.

when i get where i'm getting too ill decide what to do

my body now fails me i can walk no more
I've got to stop, my legs are just too sore
so here i am, my walk must end
and its time to decide how my heart will mend.

do i jump and say goodbye?
let go of all this hurt inside
or do i sit and think this through
because i know its silly i really do.
i don't want to cry and i don't want to die
i just wanna stop these flashbacks in my eyes

every morning every night there you are
in my head and around every corner
i cant get free, i cant run away
you are there to haunt me in every way

i'm trapped i'm trapped
i need to get out
leave me alone
i cant even shout

leave the past in the past is what they all say
not easy to do when you see it every day.

oh my goodness..... this ......

loving your poems astral it's really strong to post them, inspiring and you are breaking stigmas by posting them, it's brave of you as I know it takes a lot. poetry like this is close to the heart, it takes strength to share them to the world...

I love them all so far and look forward to reading a few more later

sisters
a lifetime bond
you grew together
held each other's hands
played, cried and laughed together.
year after year each other's constant in life.

a unbreakable bond
a love like no other
I just pray that when I'm gone you will always have each other.

no matter what may happen in your lives.
be each other's strength
protect each other
and support each other

you may argue, you may fight
but I need to know that you will always make it right.

be the first to say sorry
don't let negativity drag on.
talk it out and hug
please put love before any fight.

when I've passed on I'll still be here
watching you're lives and helping you if I can.
though not physically I will spiritually always hold your hands.

through the wind I'll blow away your tears

and through the rain I'll wash away your troubles

through the sun I'll embrace your laughter and smiles

and through the moon and stars I will watch you as you sleep.

If you are ever scared just whisper the word mum.

and feel my love throughout your hearts.

in death we may not be together

but spiritually we will never be apart.
