Who has met their spirit guide?

Yes I've met them though his presence is more in the background when I work.
I think I need to ask them to come forward more though and ask for support.
Meditation is always wise to meet although there are other ways down to the simplest way
Of Just asking them to step forwards and trust that they are there. Sometimes that's the best way in
keeping things simple :)

The Spiritual Guardian is actually your Soul, which is spatially above your head for a distance of no more than 300 meters. It is connected to you in the region of the Crown chakra by a kind of ribbon-hose, through which energy-information from you to your Soul flows constantly and vice versa.

In order to feel the impulses of your Soul you must have a high level of sensitivity not only to energies, but more broadly a high level of sensitivity to everything that surrounds you and what you come into contact with. Some would say that you need to have a high level of empathy.
