I wonder either one of you ever saw your spirit guardian and can you share the story to me.

and also have you ever kept some spirits into pendant or bind to your body ?

A thought provoking concept!

To me, Spirit Guardians / Angels, Spirit Animals, are like one's Soul.

One cannot take another's, nor, can you give yours.

I would also say, if one has to summon or bind, then that would be attracting negative energies, removing true clarity.

As True Guides are Not possessions, all come and go on Their own.

Stay attuned / grounded to your instincts.

Stay sincere with yourself, through consistent self-reflection,meditation, a walk in nature, retreats, etc.

I agree with everything dragon has said. Your own personal guardian spirit guides are your own - nobody can take them from you.

As Dragon mentioned, I wouldn't advise trying to bind any spirits to yourself, that would be welcoming negative energies your way. Your guardian spirits will always be around you no matter what - all you have to do is speak out to them in your mind and pray and ask for help and there they will be

Dragon is right, the best way to keep in touch with your spirit guides is to become still within. A walk in nature where you can be on your own in peace and some quiet time reflecting or meditating can help you to stay in tune with your higher self and be open to receiving guidance from your spirit guides

I am new to this as well but I do know that binding spirits to you can draw bad negative energies to you.
For me I like to draw or write to relax myself. Sometimes I sit and crochet. Find something that soothes you so you can calm yourself to the energies around you .
