focusing tips to help with AdHd

i as a child was AdHd unknown though as i got older i found ways to help me focus
like crossword puzzles i find word games themselves are great to help one focus and as well as challenge the mind . Many with Adhd ive found to be above average intelligent they just lack focusing .
another technique that i have found to help is music sow music it calms the mind to help you focus better
