a theory i read

I read something the other day about astral vision and I also experienced it myself the other day.

its like you have two pairs of eyes, your physical eyes and your spiritual/astral eyes and during intense day dreaming or through meditation your astral eyes can open , meaning anything on a different astral plane to ours can be seen.

so maybe those tht have spotted mermaids or ufos or fairies or whatever really did see these things but with their astral eyes not their physical eyes.

like the lochness monster, its been sighted by many but probably will never be found because he isn't from this plane.

That's a whole other topic ^ (the substances themselves) but when considering raising ones vibration or lowering it, makes you wonder if substances or environment can open up our awareness of other realms/beings, etc.

aww that's lovely and yes when we are spiritually aware I think our vision is always switching between astral and physical vision, I only have to close my eyes for a few seconds to start seeing visions.
