Diluting essential oils helps protect sensitive skin, helps spread it over a surface more easily.

Use pure therapeutic-grade essential oils.


Add 1-2 drops essential oils of choice to spray bottle.

1 tablespoon pure witch hazel (acts as a preservative)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt.

Add filtered water to the bottle about 3/4 full.

Add optional crystals.

Cap and gently swirl.
