Please try to get their permission if you can, if not, don't worry... they'll only receive what they need and it can't harm them in any way
if needing healing yourself, at 11pm GMT tomorrow sit back relax and state ''i'm now accepting reiki healing sent out by Lotus'' and the healing will begin for (and up to) 45 minutes
When it's all been received it's helpful to drink water
