Afterlife the otherside

I gave a feeling to go for past life regression therapy ...had had similar pattern that come up ....that I notice now ...n want to get rid of them ...
Any suggestions ??

Hi Renault, I now understand after doing some research about pass life regression therapy.....I haven't came across a suggestion yet as to how to get rid of the pattern...I am just going to do some more research and I will come back and let you know what I think you could do,it's actually interesting to me I have heard of past life's but this is the first time I have heard of therpy ...Ok I'll be back to tell ya my thoughts on this one soon

The core reason that we go through dramas and traumas in past lives,is to learn particular lessons,if you are able to recognise the lesson and gift within your experience, your old stories will have less and less power, so how can you make peace with your past lives in order to move forward,,,,1 recognise your soul lesson, ,,,2 use now to heal then,,,,,3 forgiveness always dose the trick......so what do you think?

Right there is so much exhaustion ....I will practise grounding everyday ...hope it works too.

I haven't set my boundaries as an empath so that itself causes me a lot if trouble .
