Although essentials are widely praised and have been gaining exceptional notoriety in the last while,
many still don't realize that they can still pose risks and cause injury for people under certain conditions. See article.

Good to know the risks for those with health conditions and for pets too.. we would never think that oils in a burner / diffuser would affect them but they can as with other things. Same for pregnant women avoiding certain ones altogether...

But above them all i'm glad it mentions not swallowing them .. a diffuser is always the best way unless you know how much is needed, how it will react and making sure you use a base oil/cream to dilute the oils
