Today I'm grateful for all of the people who helped me get to where I am now. I'm not anywhere special, I don't have much to celebrate right now, but i'm here against odds .. so i'm thankful for those people, whether I knew them an hour, day, week, or years. Small acts of kindness or big ones... they impacted my life

Today one of the children in the street ran up to me and said ''excuse me, excuse me'' .. I turned around to see if she was ok, she's only 5 or so. She doesn't know me but since I've been staying here for a few weeks she's seen me outside and feeding the cat and so on. She held out her hand and was holding a half broken Ogre toy from shrek. It was snapped in half but she said .... ''I found this for you'' and smiled sweetly and ran away again. I thought that was the sweetst thing & i'll treasure it.
