cleansing crystals

hi bought some new crystals today tht I would like to cleanse.
can anyone tell me if this is a singing bowl please?

ive done a lot of googling and so im assuming that this is a singing bowl, I don't have the stick to use with it so I just tried to hit the side of it with the top of pen, metal, and it made a lovely bell like sound for a few seconds.

its such a beautiful sound and made me feel good, im planning to buy a few more of these bowls as ive heard they make different noises.

im gonna cleanse and charge my crystals in it in a little while but im wondering does anyone here use these bowls for healing or any other spiritual use?

I ask because I have been really depressed since Friday evening and 20 mins after striking the singing bowl ive noticed im not depressed any more, sort of replaced by a calm feeling, I know my worries are still there but its like they are dormant worries now and not bothering me.

I also have a tingly, buzzing feeling all over my body but mainly in my lower legs and feet. :)

I love singing bowls but I don't use them or keep any here. I'm glad you figured out what it was
