Voice to Skull

Does or has anyone have experience with “voice to skull” and “gang stalking”? It’s considered by some as synthetic telepathy. It’s where the person hears low audible voices and they believe their under a form of my mind control. This is done by machinery microwaves etc.  I have a friend who has this and she wants help I believe. I just want to know what I can do to understand it better and help her.  Thank you!!
