I've spent some time meditating on your question and I really feel like this man is not the one for you and I really don't feel like it will go very far between you both.. I do believe his car probably broke down but I feel as though he's trying to back his way out, I wouldn't take it personally at all, I really wouldn't. I feel like some things are happening in his life and he's not really as committed to dating as he first thought he was when you had both met. I wouldn't let yourself focus on him for much longer, I feel as though you'll meet someone else really soon. Even if you were to meet with Will, I don't feel there's more than friendship potential there.
