I need help to understand

Hi , can anyone help me understand what's happening to my feet ....it's been so long since this feeling won't go ....it keeps coming back ....
Though ....but it's gets a little worse lately ...
I can't explain the feeling of feels it doeang behave like my own ....it's vibrating differently than my. Other body part energy .....it feels warm n there is this weird sensation can't call it pain but it's like how you feel when you get burned n it goes numb or hold ice for too long n it goes numb .....it's in my right foot ...just the sole ...towards the paw ...like a grab? Maybe ......

It sounds like it's your nerves, sometimes with the nerves you can feel different sensations, pain, tingling, burning sensations, pins and needles, numbness. You should talk to your doctor if you can as soon as possible. It's probably nothing bad but maybe there's something they can give or advise you to help
