So true it would be nice to see
these true colors when things are good

You also realize when you go through
difficult tough times
peoples true character are on full display
whether it’s good or bad
those that stick by your side and have your back
are precious and few

Yeah very true

it's painful sometimes but in the end things have a way of sorting themselves out

The people meant to be , will find a way
The people we are to help, no matter what, a true friend finds a way

We sometimes underestimate the power of a prayer, a hug, a text message but when you hit rock bottom the simplest kind gestures mean the world

I've lost a lot of people over the past few years,
Some I was shocked by others not so much, but they all did it by themselves. Their silence spoke louder than they ever could have and so did their absence. I may not have a huge circle right now but you know i'm happy with the small one I do have, because I know I can count on this handful of people
People who care about me and have given me time. I have absolutely no time for time-wasters. Just comes a point in life where you invite them in nd if they want to stay out we just say ok, stay out .. makes life simpler, gives peace

I wholeheartedly agree.

As we go through life we
meet people and get to know them and sometimes become friends with the ones we
choose to.

It took me a long time to know the difference
between a good accquaintence and a true friend.
The true friends have your back suffer with you when
dealing with issues and negative experiences
in life.

It’s better too have a handful of friends then
to have many aquaintences who for whatever
reason will not become or don’t have the capacity
for real true blue friendship.

Empaths seem to learn over and over again
the hard way it often seems that people don’t care
or feel the same way about us as we do them.
We get very discouraged by this . Instead of saying
F *** everyone as I do at times.

Don’t ever give up or give in . You said it best a
true friend will find you and you them. You
find a way so true.

I always ask myself this..... if it’s 3 am and you
no matter what ....you may be in bad way
even if you put yourself there. You need HELP!

Who can you call? Whom out everyone can you
reach out and say I need you now.
If you find it’s only 1 maybe 2 that is a true blessing .

Don’t ever lose that person. That is priceless.
