Today is what i call my rest day

i have 2 14hr shifts tomorrow and weds

so ive used today to do some cleaning and shopping! nothing exciting

Ive managed to strain tops of my thigh at work.. in agony at the moment :(

Aww so sorry to hear that Purplemoon,, ouch not a good place to hurt yourself hope you feel better soon hugs

are they going to give you some time off? a day or two?

Himalayan salt baths are good for pulled muscles hugs

Thanks Cloud - yes taken 2 days off but i dont get paid for sick leave so im hoping it is better as getting closer to xmas i cant afford to lose too much money! health comes first and all that but when you have bills to pay... :roll:

i will try the Himalayan bath salt

I know what you mean, that's a shame not getting paid for the sick days. You can't help it though, suppose 2 days off is better than putting more pressure on it and needing longer , sending healing hugs

Edit: i'm not sure if you shop in asda but they do Himalayan salt bubble bath, it's only £2- £2.50 and it's great stuff

Today's been a quiet day here. Not feeling very well and been sleeping a lot but have had a break from the kids so it's nice and quiet. Was supposed to be taking mother for an appointment today but she cancelled and re-arranged it which is good, have no energy.
Been getting more bits for the kids, for Halloween , and writing some cards to send to friends abroad.
Also been spending some time praying and sending healing for a few people I love who need it. butterfly
