If we are constantly living in a state of dread, it will cloud over all the smaller positive things that we have going for us..
State of mind is powerful, if we give up at the start, we're just setting ourselves up for failure anyway, because you will lose the motivation to reach your goals and if you have no motivation at all left how will you work through minor problems to get to your end/chosen destination?..that's what I tell myself anyway
This whole year has been full of me dreading most things but
in the end, I found a way, and you (whoever is reading this in future) will, too
