Sensing spirit whilst you are meditating?

sometimes I feel energy around me, or pressure around my back and head :)

I definitely see the colour purple or bright white, I see it in my third eye area.
once when I was young I was with some friends, very high so had my eyes closed when in my mind I seen a very bright red colour, flashing, so I opened my eyes just in time to stop my friend from jumping out of a 1oth floor window, she had been depressed for some time.

I believe the third eye chakra can send us messages and warn us we just have to look into that area.

and I believe orbs are angels or spirits or other spiritual things, fairies etc
I used to photograph them and from my observation they are joyfull things, so I think they are only love and light things.
in my experiments they like to show up when you are feeling happy, or singing or at weddings, partys etc
just last night I was being nosy on someones facebook lol
looking at pics of a christening and in about 8 of the pics there was just a white looking orb stood next to the same woman.
I often wonder if people who see them in photos know what they are.

Most nights before I go to sleep I see a orb just before I go to sleep my bedroom is very dark so I see it clearly because I think of my loved one that passed away its been 2 and a half years now hugs
